One of the biggest UX problems in the early product was the publishing flow.

Draft previews, visibility states, translations, publishing requirements, and metadata controls all started competing for attention. The product became technically powerful, but harder to use.

This update focused on simplifying the workflow:

• cleaner dashboard structure
• better publish guidance
• stable save interactions
• translation workflow fixes
• reduced visual noise
• improved public preview behavior

The goal is not to make Evinexa look flashy. The goal is to make it calm, structured, and predictable for founders who use it every day.
